december 4, 2007 – Charlotte, NC – Pinstripe Incorporated has recently partnered with HoneyBaked Ham Franchisee Matt Davis to create an interactive voice response (IVR) system for telephone ordering. With the volume of orders of turkey, ham and other items ordered through the holidays, the new telephone system will prove to be easier for ordering and fulfillment, benefiting all parties involved. Orders can be placed via the system through the HoneyBaked Ham local stores in Gastonia, NC at (704) 868-3376, Cornelius, NC, (704) 892-9592, or Mooresville, NC, (704) 658-0083. The application leverages the enhancements in Voice Over IP systems allowing for advanced custom programming in mid-sized phone systems. Pinstripe is looking to productize the application and make it available to other HoneyBaked Ham franchises nationwide. Pinstripe, Inc.
