AUGUST 16, 2007 - CHARLOTTE, NC - PINSTRIPE, INC. AND INFORMATION INNOVATORS, INC.—After a long term relationship, Pinstripe Incorporated and Information Innovators, Inc. have decided to come together in an effort to best serve the needs of their clientele.

Information Innovators, Inc. is fusing with Pinstripe Software in an effort to better reflect the consolidated approach to product delivery.  Pinstripe’s expertise in application development, systems integration and data center services matches nicely with the ERP and Industry Specific Application knowledge provided by Information Innovators.  The deal also allows Pinstripe to better leverage their existing partnership with Microsoft by now selling Microsoft licensing through the newly-coined Pinstripe Software.

The companies will continue to leverage both the Pinstripe Charlotte, NC location and the Information Innovators, Inc. Cornelius, NC location.
