Press Release: SourceTech Systems, Inc. and Pinstripe Incorporated Join Forces

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE OCTOBER 31, 2007 – CHARLOTTE, NC - SourceTech Systems, Inc. and Pinstripe Incorporated announce the fusion of two leaders in their markets.  This transition will be implemented on September 1st, 2007, and is a natural extension of the recent coming together of Information Innovators, Inc. and Pinstripe, Inc.   A principal provider in manufacturing execution systems, SourceTech Systems, Inc. facilitates optimized processes through automation, bar coding systems and real-time reporting.  Pinstripe, Inc. is a full-service IT consulting firm, with a focus on providing solutions to organizational problems through the use of technology.    The relationship enhances Pinstripe’s presence in the software sales arena, with the SourceTech Systems products being available through www.pinstripeinc.com, alongside the SAGE products offered through the joining of Pinstripe with Information Innovators.  It also allows the Source Tech Product line to expand beyond the changing furniture and textile markets.    Richard Johnson, President of SourceTech Systems, Inc., stated, “I am excited this united effort launches the growth of our products beyond its traditional installation base.”  Pinstripe Inc.
